IBAN Payout Method Error

Dear,

I am experienced host with more than 600 listings and I know AirBnB interface perfectly.

BUT In last 2 months AIrBnB started to make SOO MUCH ERORRS that I am thinking to go to California to check if they took to much of something in Silicon Valley.

 

Back on point...

 

I have problem with 3 different Payout Methods.

Each of them was working since February 2018 until January 2019, they received lot of money from AIrBnB and everything was perfectly as I set up in Payout Routine Rules.

I was in bank to check if ANYTHING changed but NOTHING changed on these accounts.

Intermediary bank is the same, IBAN and SWIFT are the same, Payee and addres are the same. There is absoultely NO REASON that error is to be created for any other reason except - something got wrong on AIrBnB or Wordpay/Envoy Transfers.

 

I was talking to their support more than 10 times and each time they start with sending me tutorials on how to use AIrBnB which is ridiculous.

Then after 5-10 messages they transfer me to some 'supervisor' who advises me to DELETE and Re-ADD same Payout method.

 

At first I was angry that I need to spend soo much extra time on editing payout routine rules, delete old payout and add the new one but eventually I did it, then when money was about to be transfered ERROR label showed again.

 

Ten more days of talking, chatting, messagging with support and they still tells me YOU SHOULD DELETE AND RE-ADD SAME PAYOUT METHOD.

Then one support member even told me 'TRY PUTTING PAYOUT METHOD FROM THE APP' - problem is from the APP You can not put International Bank Details (I tried it). it shows error You have to do it via Computer.

 

As I am totaly frustrated and stressed out I am writing here to check if anyone has any idea on what could be the issue ?

And is there some normal support which can work on a bit complicated problems apart from editing listing details or talking to guests.

 

Also if I have 600 listings do I qualify for some priority support or anything similar ?

 

Sorry to bother You with my problems but this is killing me from the inside and I desperatly need some help.

Same problem here, can't get our payout through IBAN although it has been working for many years. Airbnb says payout sent, never arrived. Lost money, no support from Airbnb. Airbnb blame their payment processing partner, but don't take responsibility from the lost money. We totally bankrupt, our 3 months earnings are evaporated.

 

Can't reach anyone meaningful, case manager not reponsive, telling he will ask for a trace but never get results. Blaming it to banks, but don't take responsibility.

I’m having the same problem with the iban that doesn’t exist in Canada . 1 hour on phone with airb&b and still not getting paid !

I am experiencing the exact same problems as was mentiond before by Ilija. 

As Airbnb is unable to help me out in any way, I am reaching out to the community.

 

Did anybody get their problem solved? If so, how?
