ID Verification

I am having trouble getting my ID verified and have been struggling for hours even after successfully validating my passport and facebook profile it then tells me to click on a link in an email. I do that and it says email validated but then does not verify my booking request and suggests i have tabs open which i need to close. I have had the email resent about 20 times and now my booking time is running out. So frustrating!! any help?

Me too. I was about to make a booking but Airbnb required me to upload ID verification. It failed after several attempts but they charged me full amount of my booking and said my booking was cancelled.
