ID verification

Hi there - I have been attempting many times to verify my ID today. I uploaded my driver license, passport... tried all options and still no luck. Is ther any tricks to this??

Unfortunately I have had many guests reporting me this issue. The only thing that seems to work sometimes is that you try the process from a different device (from a PC or a phone).
