Hello Airbnb community!

I am an investor in the Boise Idaho area looking to get into vacation rentals. I’m currently working on market research for analyzing different areas close by. Does anyone have a good data/analytics site for vacation rental stats, like occupancy rates/average rents, that doesn’t require monthly subscriptions?
