If multiple Airbnb users stay together during a reservation can they each writhe a review?

With the ability to add fellow Airbnb useres as guest during a reservation can everyone who stays write a review once the stay is over? If not is only the 'booker' allowed to write a review?

Only the booker.  But your review will show up on each of the guest profiles.  I'm not sure, but they may be able to respond to your review on their own profile ... someone else might need to confirm or deny.

I would love to know a definitive answer for this bc I could see making a case for guests to all be aware of how their profile is informed by a review being very beneficial for hosts and guests
