how can i cancel my refund to guest ?

Hi! I am new Host .this a 1st time my guest  cancel the reservation and ask for refund reason is the location is 3km different from loacation map post in Airbnb ,the location map is set by Airbnb or host can set it ? I  received a email from resolution center and i thought that is a 50% refund email so i was enter to accept the refund , finally only know that is full refund and the refund i pay is more than the payment i shall received , furthermore , the booking payment i not receive from Airbnb yet ,how can i cancel the send money ? is it available to cancel within 24 hours after accept the refund? will i as a host get penalty charge if the guest cancel the reservation with 50% strict policy .thank you
