If the house you are renting in Airbnb is a manufactured home, should it be listed as a house?

@Alex634  Does it have a foundation? Then it's a house. Wheels? Trailer.

@Alex634 I have one, and I list it as a cottage. I think it may somewhat depend on your location/neighbourhood.
