Hi all,
I am relatively new to hosting but have now welcomed around 20 guests and all have given me a 5* review with 100% of guests submitting reviews. However, AirBnB are reporting that only 21% of guests have posted reviews which would mean that I don't get my Superhost standard on 1st July.!
Has anyone else encountered this problem and, if so, how did you resolve it?
Thank you in anticipation....
Pauline
Thanks Lizzie! I was starting to worry, but hopefully it gets fixed soon. Appreciate all the hard work that goes into fixing something like this. Cheers.
'If they don't sort it by end of assessment period, they will end up with no Super Hosts'
.... and that could only be a very, very good thing! The superhost system is deceptive, contrived, manipulative, heirarchical and divisive, and achieves nothing, other than to create endless angst and obsession for hosts, for negligible rewards. It needs to be abolished. Now
I've been free of angst all these years coz as you know I've yet to achieve SH.
It's more mythical for me!
However, since April 2 it displayed 4.8.
Though yesterday I received mixed messages in Performance:
4.8 was still showing, but it was telling me that I can't qualify till Oct 1.
It's a bit of a shaggy-dog story all told.
Thanks @Ana1136, we've flagged this back to the team working on it.
I'm hopeful we will have an update soon.
Lizzie

@Lizzie My review rate was showing 14% last week (should be 100%), then got fixed, now is back to 14% again.
Exactly my point Alon! When a brand new host with a couple of weeks experience and a handful of reviews can be classed - and promoted - as a "superhost", while long-term, highly-experienced hosts with hundreds of great reviews and a proven track record - like yourself - are (ludicrously) treated like second-class citizens, then how can anyone possibly take the "superhost" designation seriously?
I should have achieved super host today but the system is incorrect today saying I’ve only had 22% trips reviewed can someone please help me? I already flagged this a couple of weeks ago
thank you
Hi Lizzie
thanks - my listing is now back to normal - thanks Air Bnb team for the quick response and sorting things out 🙂
I contacted them today as having the same issue. Hoping they will be able to resolve and it doesn't affect me getting superhost status, which I was track for today! I also had acheived the family collection, but that seems to have dissapeared off of a sudden- hopefully will be resovled and is related to same glitch with review percentages.
It was fixed last week but now it seems that the problem is back again!
Aw man, mine was acting up last week and it was fixed. Now it's saying I'm at 37%. Hopefully the glitch gets resolved soon!
