Incredible , still no answer

To many day after u guys to do a littel change i have not idea what else to do , better keep the money my time is more valuable to much time and streets for only 128 $ for ur mistake not solution only beautiful mails , in the end nothing happens . Good night .

@Ian-And-Anne-Marie0  Hard to make out exactly what poster is saying, but I gather that they are complaining about doing just that- contacting Airbnb without an appropriate or timely response. 

@Berbel0  This is just a community forum of hosts and guests, not Airbnb itself. And you're far from the only one who's frustrated with their customer disservice.
