Information for guests

Hi there

I am brand new to hosting and I am wondering how we send information to our guests regarding the key access, aircon, gas, fire etc. We have our house also listed on another site and through them I usually email a doc to my guests.

where and how do I set this up in the Airbnb hosting site

Its best to keep all communication through the AirBnb messaging system. I have never tried responding to a guests message (email) with an attachment but I doubt that would work. Others may have more information on this

Hi Melanie,

I send directions via a message to the guest, and I do this 1 day prior to their arrival. It works well and I always get a positive reponse from the guest. As for the instructions, you can probably add these through the Details (above Guidebook) in your listing. There is also a Safety Guide if you want to complete that.

I don't think ABB has an attachment feature.
