Informing Neighbors

Happy Wednesday,

I'm a SuperHost and I just got a new property that I am not staying at.  I was wondering for those host that are not physically at their Airbnb do you inform your neighbor that you are doing Airbnb and if so how.  Do you verbally speak with them or letter or.........................  all suggestions please

Assuming it's legal (not sure of the situation in US but in UK there are loads of reasons why it might not be in the UK including restrictive covenants on leases etc etc) then I would inform neighbours as nicely as possible. after all, they could be your ears & eyes when things go wrong (seven people turn up to as one bedroom, parties etc) and it is better for them to inform you than other authorities!
