Instant booking and availability

Hello. 2 questions. 

how do is turn on instant booking for every one? 
its on right now but under who can book it says "no one" and I cant change it. 

I have more than one rooms of the same kind. who do I change the availability to more than one?

I think you are on your phone.  If so, there is a bit of a discrepancy in what the different levels of scrutiny mean on your phone vs a computer.  For instance, I have on the highest level of IB scrutiny on my computer (verification & previous reviews required), but on my phone this displays as "no one" - in fact, people are able to instant book, and I am given the opportunity to approve people that do not have reviews.
