cancellations when payments have not been processed?

I was hoping someone may be able to help. I have a strict cancellation policy, but does this apply if a guest cancels during the "24 hours" that airbnb are waiting for their payment to be processed?
Hi Sam - it sounds as if they cancelled after checking in. So they have to send an official cancellation on the Airbnb website and per your strict cancellation status, it reads as follows If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded. You might try calling Airbnb for aditional advice.
