Is anyone else having difficulty uploading pictures from using the phone

I have an android phone in which I took my listing photos with. When I tried to upload photos onto my listing the red "add photo" would not work. this has been ongoing all day. I'm so new like yeasterday lol I am just getting frustrated by it not doing what it says it should be. Anyone is this not working for you as well?

Send the pics to your home computer, then use your home computer to upload the pics.
