@Dylan169  How on earth is anyone here supposed to help you when you haven't even linked the listing URL?

General tips for checking if a listing is valid:  Check to see, does it have reviews from guests? Have those guests also reviewed other/unrelated properties?  Does the listing description resonate with the photos and location? If the photos seem too good to be true, what results do you get from running a reverse image search?
