Is the payment system currently working?

Hi Everyone. My guest has been trying to pay over the last hour but the system keeps "hanging up" with "we are processing your payment" and doesn;t get anywhere. Is anyone expereincing the same thing?. Do share if you know something about it. Thanks and cheers.

Try booking from a different device. Still no luck, ask your potential guest to contact airbnb for assistance.

Under no circumstances let the guest enter the property until you have a booking confirmation. Scammers are known to target new hosts.
