Hi - Thoughts on whether this listing is real? 

The property and host have no reviews?

@Brandon387Everyone was new to the platform once. There are no specific red flags on the listing for me. If you're feeling uncomfortable, contact the host and ask them some questions. One of the usual red flags for fakes is generally a too-low price: does it seem overly cheap when comparing it to the competition? The house does appear to be real: see https://luxurygetaways.co.za/. There is never a guarantee the images haven't been stolen, but it should be easy enough to verify that. 

Personally, I don't think I would be comfortable booking a $900 a night place that had no reviews, but if you like it enough to take a chance, maybe you could be one of the first people to review it.

Joined in 2015; no reviews (host or guest), a house in South Africa and a yacht in the Seychelles? Like @Alexandra316, I wouldn't be booking this place at that price, @Brandon387. If nothing else, the host hasn't proved himself, has no bio and other than a tel/email address, hasn't been verified.

Price seems low, however, it's not a standout under price. Main concern is the host joining in 2015 and is yet to have any reviews. 

Will wait for a response from the website.
