Is zero "Service fee" a fraud?

Hello, AirBnB Community! 

Is it OK when host pays $0 (zero) to AirBnb as a Service fee? 

I've find a listing that always shows $0 fee for AirBnB. Is it possible? Or it's a fraud?

I've changed dates, period etc. There is always zero.

The website link you linked to is clearly not an Airbnb listing @Maria16390  any Airbnb listing is on www.airbnb.com  NOT www.pbstwimg

Why do you think the listing you linked to is on Airbnb?

Some Airbnb listings don't have guest service commission as the host pays it and absorbs it into their costs.
