I have a guest and they want to check out due to seeing cockroaches. This is the first time I have had an issue with a guest reporting this problem. I have said that if she will feel more comfortable finding accommodation elsewhere I will refund her remaining nights. Now because she can't find accommodation of equivalent value - she wants to request that airbnb relocated her. What does this mean? Will I be liable for any other costs?
Just relax and let airbnb handle it. It is likely that the reservation will be cancelled, the guests will be refunded in full and the dates in your calendar will reopen.
