Issue with booking false location

Booked a stay in Samos for 16 days, host posted inaccurate location that is about 2km of driving on hazardous unsafe road that takes 20 min . Also host did not mention anything about this unsafe road and driving to the property, that was surprise. Also host send a text confirming that public beach is 300 meters away, but it actually about 2 km driving, what a lie..

When arrived, we did not checked in because of this issue, host simply told if you do not like just go away. We were left in foreign country with out place to stay and Airbnb refused to do a refund, they even charged me a cleaning fee about $500 , where i did not even check in. Airbnb do not care at all . Looking for advice regarding this scam

Im sorry to hear this, What I find strange is you have proof of the false listing usually in case like this Airbnb will take your side as it is clearly false,

All I can offer at the moment is to keep on at Airbnb it all depends on who you speak to, I know that sounds crazy but it's true, 

Sometimes their own customer service agents dont know their own rules,

Hi Maria, I am sorry that you had that bat experience. I live since 5 years here in Samos and I know there are a lot of remote places. We have also a small Guest house in Kokkari, here on Airbnb.
