Now I uploaded my photo id card for verify  and a new profile photo in the my account area bot again my profile is not active

THis not Airbnb itself, but a community of hosts. We can not activate your profile. Probably it is under some investigation, so maybe after some time it becomes active, otherwise contact Airbnb:
