Hi fellow hosts, I woke up this morning to find my guests cancelled last night some time?
They said my listing was not the same as when they booked that something had changed. I have not change anything on my listing at all??? Now it's labor day weekend and I probably won't book anyone at this late date...
I feel that I should reach out to them but not sure. Do I just let it go and move on?
A guest can always cancel. They don't even have to give you a reason. When the booking was confirmed it was under the cancellation policy you chose. You can choose the strict cancellation policy. That way you are secured if a guest cancels last minute. I got the strict cancellation policy and it works perfectly. You can change it under settings.
