Legitimate request?

I have a request and I am not sure it is legitimate.  The request shows the person is a member of airbnb since Oct. 2016 and that they have 4 reviews.  But when I go to their page, there are no reviews.

The entire platform is riddled with more bugs than a London bedsitter (apologies to London hosts in advance.)

Try another browser, logout/re-login to your app if you use one, delete your cookies, cross your knees and hold your nose.

Basically, reboot all things Airbnb until it resolves itself (which is no guarantee.)

Are you sure it doesn't say they have 4 verifications (not reviews?)  Seems odd they would already have 4 reviews if they just signed up a month ago - though I suppose it could be possible.

I think @Cynthia-and-Chris1 has the most likely solution: they have put 4 verifications in place adn have no reviews yet.

@Mary62, could it be that? Maybe have another look?

@Mary62, like @Cynthia-and-Chris1 I view the 4 reviews as being a bit odd as they only joined in October. So I would be very cautious with this one.

I'm only in my 2nd month as host, so I'm not real clear on many things.  But couldn't it be that the guest hasn't yet submitted reviews of the host, and it's still within the 14-day review period?  Reviews of the guest don't become public until both reviews have been submitted, or the 14-day period has elapsed.  If I'm understanding correctly......
