@Alison4 I have somewhat of a similar problem. My listing is located outside of a very small town (3,000 people) but is listed in two other towns, one 10 miles away, the other 30 miles away. So when they book, they think the listing is in those towns and don't bother to read the listing which describes exactly where the place is. Just to make sure prospective guests understand the location, I ask all of them to take a second look at the map on my lisiting and to expand it as necessary so they see where I am in relation to the other towns. (Obviously I couldn't do that with Instant Book.) That seems to work out pretty well so being listed in the 2 other towns has actually given me more exposure than I would otherwise have had.
