Listing does not show up in search

In the last few weeks, I’ve noticed our listing only shows up in search when I’m signed in. When I do an anonymous search —not signed in— it doesn’t show up at all. Airbnb says there is over 300 listings in our area, even when searching by zip code. When I search by numbers of guests (since we take up to 😎 it still doesn’t show up.
I have tried turning on Instant Book and updated the calendar and listing numerous times but it still does not show up.
Last year we were booked nearly every weekend. I checked the view stats for last year and they were much higher than the handful we are getting now, some of which is probably me looking at my listing.
What can I do to fix this?

@Martha-and-Dennis0   There is talk about this on other threads recently. My most recent guest told me my place only showed up when she upped the price parameters to quite a bit more than I list for. Can you see if that makes a difference and get back to us here?

@Martha-and-Dennis0 I was able to find your listing even when I was not logged in (using Incognito mode in the browser), so I guess being signed in is not required to find it.

I did notice that when I found your listing, it was very, very low in the search rankings: #205 of 206. Since the search results will only show the first 300 results, if there are more than 300 listings on the map, your listing would probably not appear.

I'm not sure why your listing is so low in the search rankings, but that is probably the reason it does not appear when you look for it.
