Listing is not active?

Hello,

I just posted my first Air BnB property. 

It's all showing as listed, but does not appear in search results (even when I narrow down the search / look at the map) and when I click the share link it just sends me to a generic Air BnB welcome page. 

Please can you help?

Log in, and look at your listing status. Eventually call airbnb on the phone to get some help.

My listing has a link, shows on the site, shows LISTED on the manage page, but when you click through, it says "this listing is no longer available".  NO snooze is activated.
