I am new to Air BNB and I have a villa which can be rented as an entire villa or as separate bedrooms. I have read threads and learned that this is possible to do with separate listings for each bedroom and a separate listing for the entire villa.
However, when I try to create the listings, since my location is remote, it somehow allowed me to publish two listings ( and used oddly separate locations even though they are in the same place) - one for the entire house, and one for a double bedroom... Yet now... doesn't allow me to add the other bedrooms as the fields I put for the address are not accepted and error messages come up that the location is not correct.
I also feel that the private bedroom has views but wonder about the listing for the entire villa and feel that the location issue has affected its search rate. If I try to change the villa "location" to the same address as the bedroom, it is not accepted and comes up as an error.
I'm stumped.
Any advice would be extremely useful.
