Hi, I am experiencing problems when trying to log on the smartphone app. Password is correct since I have logged on my PC and laptop. Can anyone help please?

There are often IT glitches with ABB, make sure you clear the cache & try it again.
If you use related keywords in the search box here in CC you will find related info.

i bet you are using an android phone... dozens of people already complained they cant login . We are waiting for airbnb to answers us or fix it....

Hey Airbnb. I find it incredibly unacceptable from a business perspective that you all are having a MAJOR issue with your mobile apps (users unable to access information about services that they have paid hundreds/thousands of dollers for), and you guys are completely silent on the community forums.
Please step-up to the modern world and use the communication channels you have provided to, well, um... communicate!
We'd like a status update. Are your dev teams aware of the issue? Are they working on it? What is the expected ETA for a fix? Can you provide a workaround in the meantime?
Please step-up up and behave/communicate like a mature company.
Have the same problem as others do. I called it into Aribnb with no resolution they say they know about it and it looks like they have a new update to the app from just yesterday (and the one before that was 8/9/19)...so it looks like they're working on it...it's just they don't know how to fix it.
Did you happen to change your password before you got the problem? That's when my problem started and at least a couple of others have the same problem from the reviews on the app on playstore. Based on that I'm thinking it has something to do with the database that stores our passwords.
I would call airbnb AND definitely send an email through playstore telling them you're having the issue. (shows up as m.feedback.android@airbnb.com...but still want to use playstore to do it). Also leave a 1 star review. I'm thinking the more we let them know about the problem hopefully it'll pressure them to fix it.
I've called them and been in email conversation with them (c. 13 Aug). Still no update regarding a fix.
There was an attempted hack into my Airbnb account so I changed my password, by pc, then when I tried to access my account via Andriod mobile, I was stuck in a loop about "looks like you're already logged in using Facebook" and then prompting me to change my password. I deleted the app from my mobile, then reinstalled it, but still same loopy message sequence.
It's a complete nuisance having to check my account via Chrome on my mobile and then wait for any new messages to download!
