very strange numbers today!

So this showed up today and the numbers are not AT ALL accurate! We called airbnb and got very friendly customer service and reassurance that these numbers were indeed in accurate. We were assured screenshots were taken and the issue would be investigated. The rep we spoke with promised our public listing would still show out 5 star rating and our listing/ superhost status are not in jeopardy, but this remains the outlook on our "hosting basics". Anyone getting really strange numbers today?
