Long term hosting - how to set up speccial conditions?

Hello,

I got inquired about a 2 month stay.

I would like to set some different terms, from the ones I have for short renting.

Specially the weekly housekeeping, as a guarantee that the house is taken care properly, and the guest is following the house rules as he goes along (and not just at the end of the 2 month period).

Can I charge extra for this weekly housekeeping?

If for instant, on the second week, I verify that he is not following rules, can I do anything about it to end his stay?

I want to be completely transparente about the conditions, and ensure that guest and my self are covered.

Where can I define special terms just for this kind of long term stays?

You can include it in your description - all of the detail if you wish. Or, you can say that '.....additional terms will apply for long stays - including weekly cleaning charges, etc. These will be agreed with you before you book'

You need to make sure you are not using Instant Book if you go this route - as you need to get agreement in advance from the guest.
