Lost Electricity when air-conditioning’s are on

Since we arrived today at 4pm.  The electricity has gone off at least 4 times the in the last 5 hours for 30 minutes or more. 

The rental was advertised with Air conditioning but when you turn the unit on it blows the electric though the whole apartment.  

Temperature today where 85 degress and inside it was much warmer.

Trying to fix this problem. The own has sent over family members to work on this problem but the do not know what they are doing.  Now at 9 pm they are calling a  electrician. I’m travel with edgily parents and this is not good for their health.
