Low bookings in New Orleans

I am having very low inquiry for my apartment in New Orleans compared to the past years, can anyone offer me advice? My reviews have been excellent and I wonder if the issue is in the pricing?

You have 5 listings so which one is of concern for you?  When you look at the prices of comparable listings, are you seeing much lower prices?  Do these listings have amenities that you don't offer?  With the flooding of new listings in many areas, estblished hosts have to adjust prices and update pictures.

I did too this year compared to last. Could be the new Airbnb Plus platform or just many more rentals? Not sure, but I definitely felt it as well.
