I am so happy to be a Super Host for Airbnb. A few tips to add to hosts that are worth adding:
I have many quests with children they arrive cranky and tired so I always ask the age of the children, then I go to the Dollar store and buy coloring books, crayons, children story books and they love bubbles. Also Spider-Man toothbrushes cheer them up.
Also, always do a walk thru before all check ins, make sure drawers are in order in kitchen, keep your supplies ready especially lightbulbs in kitchen
have non skid rugs and the Best Buy yet is on Amazon, motion lights for stairs, step ups and bathroom and kitchen, great for safety and quests don’t leave lights on all night saving on electricity.
For Anniversary or birthday quests leave a note of well wishes and a nice bottle of wine with nuts, they really appreciate the touch of thoughtfulness.
Always place yourself in what you would want if you were a quest, and remember Airbnb is the butter on our bread never book directly even if friends all guests must go thru them with deep gratitude they are a great company and they are there for us.
