I was warned about this lady i really feel like she has a problem. She lied about us leaving vomit and cigarette buds ... did not have the room we reserved. i felt bad for her daughters that were the real host so we stayed. she did not answer any calls or responses to messages. the lyft and uber drivers say this lady is not to be trusted. she lied about it just being the ac , it was the entire electricity that was out on one side where the bathroom was so i couldn't see it i left a mess of sand or hair. and no warm water. we only slept there and i washed off bbut i would call it a full shower since it was cold. she probalby avoided us because she didnt want to lie to our face

@D78  I have to wonder why you didn't leave an honest review of your experience, instead of Clean. Great family! ???

It almost seems as if you came up with all these complaints, (which you went into in greater detail in another post on another thread), as well as your review response, as some kind of retaliation to getting a bad review.

I'm not saying that's the case, but it seems odd.

BECAUSE I TIRED TO GIVE THIS LADY THE BENFIT OF THE DOUBT... IT WAS CLEAN HER DAUGHTERS WE RE LOVELY AND POLITE.. SO YEAH I WAS PISSED WHEN SHE POSTED LIES ABOUT US ... I SHOULD OF SEEN THE RED FLAGS AND REQUESTED AND REFUND. HOW DO I REWRITE MY REVIEW

@D78  Shouting at me in all caps when I simply asked for an explanation as to why you left a good review, and said that made your accusations seem suspect, speaks volumes. 

I read through this host's reviews, as well as the reviews she's left for past guests, and while of course some of the reviewers may just have been trying to find some positives like you did, it's unlikely that ALL of them did, since many went into detail about how nice the place and the host was. I also see that she has left nice reviews for all her past guests, except for you. As you are new to Airbnb and she is a experienced host with all those good reviews and nice reviews for her guests, I suspect you didn't leave the place in near as good shape as you seem to think you did. Rather than being irate about the review, you might take this as a learning experience should you decide to book Airbnbs in the future.
