I would suggest you join the London host group on fB and ask for recommendations for local superhosts near you who could act as a co-host (this would always be my prefered option to a management company). 

Or for recommendatons for a Airbnb management company if this is what you prefer.

Do make sure you take up references and have a contract in place to cover terms and payment.
