Managing identical listings

Hi! I have a question if anyone has experience,

I've created a website for my hotel on Wix.com, and I have listed my units on there. With airbnb you have to have an individual listing for each unit. Where as on wix and some other sites I can list one apartment, and in the same listing show that I have 5 available. So when someone reserves, it takes one down and then I only have 4 available.

How can I list that one individual listing with 5 of my airbnb listings? Show I be linking all of those airbnb listings together and then only sync one of them with the wix listing?

If that makes any sense at all?
