Managing the AirBnB calendar manually?

Hi All,

We have recently started hosting on airbnb and so far I'm quite impressed with website,

we stay in a small village and agreed with an other B&B to take some guest if they are fully booked.

Is there a way to make a note on the airbnb calendar to write in why I've blocked those days off ( just for myself as a reminder ) I'm worried that if I start using two calendars ( a paper one and the online one ) things will get more complicated than necessary.

Hello @Vincent115,

There's an "Add note" feature that might be what you want.

When you go to your calendar and click on a date a window will appear. It can be any date, one you've blocked or one that a guest will arrive.

It looks like the screenshot below. Click on the "Add  note" section to add a note for yourself.
