renting a place from a hacked host

hey,

i ve rented a instant rentable place in amsterdam, later on about 5-6 hours later,

hosts name was changed to "HACKED" and the information changed to "THIS ACCOUNT HAS BEEN COMPROMISED AND HACKED - BEWARE - DO NOT USE"

at that time i was already booked the place and charged. i cancelled the booking, then get the mail from airbnb that i will be getting the refound in a week  but there is no refound for the airbnb service fees.

is there any option that i can get back the service fees?? because i didnt cancelled it because of changing my mind on renting etc.
