Minimum night setting changed by AirBnB

Hi 

Has anyone had a similar experience where they have made a minimum booking setting of 2 days and get a guest booking and paying AirBnB for a 1 night?

I cant get through to AirBnB in Australia at the moment as there is a 2 hour wait on the phone and my messaging have no responses.

Did you try phone ABB C/services again to help resolve your issues?

 

Bear in mind whilst there's an automated answering msg saying there's a 2 hr wait it won't necessarily be that long a wait.

 

I was put off when I heard that msg when I rang them recently and thankfully the answered within 30mins.

 

Have a look using the searchbox to see if others have also asked the same question here in CC as I understand it's a common occurrence at the moment.

 

Make sure you also send ABB "feedback" where it's available  on the page & include your listing name & location so they can pinpoint where you are to rectify the issues.
