Missing Part of Payment.

Hi, I don't understand why payment received is less. I know you have deducted your commission and my Bank as well. How is it that US $20 is missing? Called my Bank they said I have to ask Airbnb as they only took US $5 for transfer even on receiving. From US$ 73.43 net from Airbnb, I only received $ 53.++

I've never had problem with any payment in the past so could you please look into it?
