Did AirBnB ever get back to you with your payment?
I too am having same experience. I recently noticed a missing payment from over a year ago and had no notification about it missing which surprised me. I called customer servises and they seemed very reassuring. I too was told they need to forward my case with the correct department who would contact me, but they haven't yet. I gave it a week and called again. They 'escalated' my case to be looked at sooner and would contact me. But it's been nearly another week and I heard nothing. I will call them again this week. Did they get back to you at all? How long did you have to wait? Kindest regards, Has
