Missing Referrel

Anyone else having issues with referrels. I referred a host. I wrote to airbnb and asked when I would get my referrel payment. I was told I hadn't referred anyone. I sent a screen shot that showed clearly I had. I got a response saying they had found it and gave me a code. However this code was a previous code I got for being a super host 4 quarters in a row. I wrote back to airbnb but have had no response... this was 9 days ago. I'm shocked at their bad service....

When you refer someone as a host you receive a $100 travel credit, not cash and that doesnt happen until they host their first guest.
