Missing payout

I seem to be missing a payout, on the 12th September for a guest who stayed 4 nights. Airbnb sent a email saying the payment would be made to paypal and to claim it there. When i went into my paypal acct it wasn't there. Paypal say they can't find it and they need the referrence number associated with the payment from airbnb, but I'm having trouble getting intouch with airbnb to retrieve the reference number. ?? I am disappointed that i can't speak to a representative from airbnb to find out what's gone wrong!

I am from India. I hosted two persons on Sep 10-11. But couldn't receive my payout. I waited 10 days and changed my payout method. Still didn't get it. Home Away Home, Vidyullata
