Missing review

Missing review

When I log onto my listing, a review from a recent guest does not appear. It was a review from a guest named Nancy. I have contacted Angel from Airbnb about this and she says the review does indeed appear in my listing. But when I log on a s a guest or if I preview the listing, Nancy's review does not appear. It is really important to us that reviews appear in our listing. What can I do about this?

@FranAndKen0 The reviews do not appear in chronological order on the listing. Maybe that could be why you can't see it? Try and scroll down to see if it appears 🙂

You are from Massachusetts and Nancy is from Canada. Canadians looking at your listing will see Nancy's review first but USA guests will see Nancy's review on one of the last pages. Reviews from the country in which you originate (wherever your account is set-up) will appear first.

So because I am from the US (like you) I see Nancy's review on page 13.

@Sandra856 and @Jeff158 will likely see it on the first few pages with other international reviews because they are from other countries.
