I got a response from airbnb. It seems like a bug in the application..

I have temporarily fixed the language issue for you, now when you go on your listing you should be able to see the Spanish description on the Spanish page and the English description on the English listing page. There is an error on our webpage which is inverting the languages and when that gets fixed your page will go back showing the wrong languages on the listing.
