In the moble app, it says I have 1 message or notification. When I enter the app, it shows up on the left most symbol at the bottom. When I touch on that symbol, it goes to reservations but how do I find out what the notification is. There is no where to look this stuff up!! Frustrated!!!!
Also, how do you contact Airbnb with a question? it seems they do not want anyone to contact them and make use send emails like this not knowing if anyone will answer.
Thanks for the reply. I have several other questions and finding that it appears that Airbnb does not want any hosts to contact them. Am I correct or missing something? I've navigated for 3 hrs around the help functions and all I get is streered towards finding an already existing answer (if there is one.)
I just called the help line [(855) 424-7262] and spoke to a person within 3 minutes. They proceeded to log in to my account from their end and said there are no notifications that have been left unread (despite what my iOS mobile app was showing). I also found that personally logging into my ABB account via a browser (in my case, Chrome) showed that I did not have any unread notifications as well. They told me an update to the app is coming that should fix this bug.
