Monthly Rental

Hi,

I am a host with 2 listings.  

I will have an apartment available June 1 and want to list it in your sublet rubric, because i want to rent it--as it's the law in New York--by the month, preferably longer.  How do i do that?

I only see one way to list it and it's nightly with monthly discount. There are listings for monthly rentals on airbnb.com/sublet but i could not find how to list my apartment there.

I am not sure if there is some special way to list long term rental but you can set your minimum stay 28 days

host/manage listings/calendar and more/availability settings/minimum stay

the sublet link is no different than the rest, it basically just filters for the open days in all listings. Just have to set the minimum stay 28 days and you will only get inquiries that is 28 days+ .

I have a home in Ontario, Oregon and rent out one of the bedrooms for $450.00 a month.  Somebody told me I could list my room on Air BNB, but I cannot figure out how to do this.  I'm only familliar with Craigslist.  Will somebody please help me to figure this out.  Thank you!

I have made my listing a 30 day minimum is my town in CA, but it does not show up when I do a 30 day search. My whole house listing shows up but not the private room listing. Can someone help?
