Multiple properties/multiple cleaners - account log-ins

I co-host 2 properties and just put a 3rd propoert online were I am the host.  This new property will have 2 or 3 different cleaners, since it is so large. Can cleaners sign-up for an account so they can see when the property needs cleaned?

For the 2 propeties I co-host (there are 3 existing accounts). I think I heard that there is a log-in limit. If so, does it apply to each property? Can there be a log-in where the cleaner only sees certain details?
