My calendar is no longer syncing past one year. I've had this issue since March 5th and airbnb seem to think its not a priority to get it fixed. I've had my lodgix and vrbo calendar synced on airbnb site for over a year, no problems. March 5th I received an inquiry for next spring. I knew the dates were already booked so I immediately checked the calendar and sure enough, the calendars are not syncing (showing dates as reserved) past exactly one year from the current date. The calendar is syncing correctly from today to one year, it's syncing correctly on all other sites including the reservations for over a year out. Airbnb has given me the explanation that airbnb doesn't allow bookings beyond one year. I had to remind her that wasn't true I personally have bookings on airbnb for more then a year out. I've researched many other homes and calendars, playing with dates, pretending to instant book, collaborating with my friends/host about their calendars etc No one else seems to have this problem. I have removed all calendars, logged out, logged back in, entered the links again and still the same thing.... syncing stops exactly one year. I've changed my preference to only accept bookings within one year, logged out, logged back in and changed it to any future dates... no change, no fix. Airbnb will send me a message after I send them another note or call in and say "we're working on it" yet they aren't. Yesterday Airbnb told me they never guarantee calendars will sync and all hosts should be manually updating their calendars... what?? This is totally unacceptable :(. My views, inquiries and future bookings have plummeted on this site since this all started 😞 Has anyone had this issue? Any solution? Any advice?? Thanks
I and 2 of my friends are having the same issue. Our Air bnb calendars only sync up to 12 months ahead. I have received 3 different responses regarding this.
1. It' not supposed to, that's as far as it syncs'
2. it's working from our end, the problem is with the other calendars you are syncing with. (all of them? REALLY?)
3. It's a glitch in their system and they're working on it.
The one who answered with the second response even asked her supervisor and that's what she was told to say.
Really really frustrated with this. Anyone else having the same issue?
HI Mary, thanks for your response to this. Sorry I'm just now seeing it! I am still having the issue and I'm so frustrated! I was given the exact same excuses. I did have one representative act interested in fixing it but then nothing was ever done. Did you ever find the resolution??
I have the same problem as well. I have my VRBO calendar imported into Airbnb. All my bookings on VRBO have blocked dates on my Airbnb calendar, but I just got an inquiry that was 1 year and 1 week in advance and Airbnb showed the dates as open when they are already booked on VRBO. I then looked into all my bookings and it appears that everything is sync'd correctly up to 1 year, but beyond 1 year, Airbnb has an error. I have tried deleting and readding, changing my airbnb availabiltiy settings back and forth between 1 year and all dates in the future, with no luck. This appears to be an error that Airbnb has known about for some time, yet has made the decision not to address it! Please fix it, Airbnb!!

I have the same issue. Plenty of bookings in 2019 but people on Airbnb don't see them. They get annoyed when I tell them the dates they want are already booked. Airbnb has just apologized for the issue but nothing more. Has it been fixed yet???

We have two properties near you in Keauhou! I learned of this annoying issue today when someone booked a reservation for October 2019 next year that overlapped with an existing Ironman reservation I have.

Not that I know of Cindy :(. I'll look into earlier next week. I can't look now because I get very irritated and have an event tonight so need to be calm and focused lol
I just checked into this again... Still having the issue. Airbnb has messaged me again saying they're looking into it. I told them I'm not alone and to look here at the community to see everyones issue. I'll keep you posted if they get it fixed, but I'm not to optomistic.

I have the same issue. Thanks for posting as I thought I was going mad. So annoying to waste time on this (no mention anywhere of this on airbnb help pages). Come on airbnb if you arent going to fix this bug, at least tell people of its existance

I just contacted Airbnb to let them know someone just booked a reservation in October 2019 that overlapped with a resrevation I already have through VRBO. The person on the chat told me about the calendars not syncing more than a year out. Based on this thread they've known about the issue for more than a year and a half and don't seem to consider it a priority. I made them cancel the reservation instead of me and of course they don't send a note to the guest on why their reservation was canceled. I sent a note myself to the guest explaining Airbnb's faulty calendar syncing tool and why their reservation was canceled.
I'm sure we'll be talking about this issue another year from now since Airbnb will do nothing, as usual, to get it fixed.
