Hello - Help - My chinese guest has just booked my villa and has paid a deposit in Yuan. She now ants to cancel and pay in US Dollars - How can I help her do this?

Hello @Brian155,

Is the booking for longer than a month? Only then does Airbnb allow aprtial payments. For periods less than a month they take the full ammount from the guest at the time of booking.

Guests can't choose the payment currency, it's decided by Airbnb.
